chore(deps): update dependency volker.raschek/ah-annotations to v0.1.1

fix: use dirname directly instead of executing its output
The command substitution caused the directory path to be executed as a command rather than written to GITHUB_PATH, resulting in "Is a directory" errors at runtime. Co-authored-by: Copilot <copilot@github.com>
