fix(meta): declare Debian as supported platform

The role ships vars/Debian.yaml and the README lists Debian, but the galaxy metadata did not advertise the platform, so
Ansible Galaxy hid the role from users searching for Debian.

sudo_users

With following role can be created sudoers files in /etc/sudoers.d. For example to grant a user special perimssions to execute a program as root.
